Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects, preferably within core markets.
• Demonstrated understanding of building processes, systems, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to foster teamwork and morale.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting management software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Strong work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project team members including engineers and superintendents.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster growth.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the project scope.
• Oversee cost control, billing, and collections for the project.
• Act as the key point of contact for the owner and architect.
• Challenge and support the job site and self-perform work team.
• Ensure project completion, accountability for financials, and customer satisfaction.
