Job Description:
As a Project Manager, Media, you are responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of performance media and integrated marketing campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly moving across competing business priorities while ensuring the management of media tactics are executed with precision and excellence. With your agency experience, you know how to hit the ground running, effectively collaborate and problem solve with multidisciplinary teams, and navigate the dynamic flow of GTM within an interagency environment.
You Will:
Be a calm, solution-oriented value partner to a large cross-functional media team
Help foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment that motivates and enables the team to produce work that is innovated, on-strategy, measurable and scalable
Support end-to-end media campaign delivery across planning, activation, launch and reporting phases.
Develop timelines and documents that manage a high-volume of always-on media trafficking deliverables, while proactively escalating issues when needed.
Coordinate, track and communicate the flow of tasks, inputs and outputs between cross-functional teams within a defined operating model, process and/or RACI
Facilitate and lead status meetings; proactively identify and manage risks ensuring quality standards across all deliverables
Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and ways of working, enabling operational excellence and in-market performance
You Have:
2-3 years of experience in a media, creative or digital production agency, ideally assigned to a performance account such as automotive, telco or finance.
End-to-end digital asset lifecycle expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Programmatic Display, Video, YouTube, Linear and Digital OOH
Previous entry level experience working within a media agency in a planning function or broad exposure to the media phases including but not limited to strategy and comms/audience planning, investment/buying, activation/trafficking, measurement, and billing/financial reconciliation
Experience coordinating campaign timelines, blocking charts and flighting documentation.
Working knowledge of media trafficking and tagging processes including tracking requests, CRS population, tracking code management, pixel implementation, URL creation and QA
reporting and marketing science workflows is considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Tools and Project Management tools (Workfront, Smartsheet, Excel, Google Docs, Jira, Sharepoint).
Experience with Google Campaign Manager and Innovid Campaign Manager is an asset
Automotive experience is an asset Toronto $85,000-$100,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
