Job Description:
Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. Manages project progress, risks, and issues, and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost.
Coordinates cross-functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organisational objectives.80,000 - 110,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
