This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and delays proactively.
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure work quality and progress.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- OSHA or other construction safety certifications preferred.
