Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Entertainment Initiatives serves as a strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of high-profile, large-scale entertainment and brand initiatives. This role oversees the full project lifecycle from concept development through execution and post-event evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand strategy, and financial goals.

Lead the planning, governance, and execution of large-scale entertainment, production, and brand activation initiatives from strategy through delivery.

Develop and manage integrated project plans encompassing timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive alignment across multiple business functions including Creative, Marketing, Brand, PR, Merchandising, Finance, Legal, Production, and Executive Leadership.

Establish project governance processes, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful execution against strategic objectives.

Identify and proactively resolve complex project risks, scope changes, and execution challenges while maintaining timelines and budget commitments.

Ensure all initiatives achieve business goals, brand standards, and operational excellence expectations.

Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and project updates for Sr. leaders and key stakeholders.

Vendor, Agency & Strategic Partner Management

Own relationships with external agencies, production companies, entertainment partners, creative vendors, talent representatives, and service providers.

Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, performance management, and ongoing partnership governance to ensure delivery excellence.

Manage multiple third-party partners simultaneously, holding vendors accountable for timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Establish strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, operational effectiveness, and audience engagement.

Evaluate vendor performance through measurable KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.

Translate complex operational and production information into concise, actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Drive executive alignment across key project milestones, approvals, investment decisions, and strategic priorities.

Facilitate leadership reviews and steering committee meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.

Financial & Operational Management

Own and oversee large-scale project budgets, ensuring effective financial planning, forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.

Balance creative ambition with fiscal responsibility, identifying opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining quality and impact.

Monitor project financial performance and provide regular budget updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Ensure efficient allocation of resources, vendor investments, and operational expenditures.

Live Production & Event Execution

Provide leadership during critical production phases, ensuring flawless execution of all show and event elements.

Direct operational readiness across production teams, vendors, talent management, and event logistics.

Lead real-time issue resolution and executive communications during live events and production milestones.

Ensure all production elements meet brand expectations, operational requirements, and audience experience standards.

This position functions as the primary liaison between Victoria's Secret leadership, external agencies, production

partners, and internal stakeholders, driving accountability, governance, and execution across complex workstreams. The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with a proven track record managing large-scale productions, negotiating and overseeing vendor partnerships, influencing senior executives, and leading cross-functional teams through highly visible initiatives.
