Responsibilities

  • Determine the scope for detailed setup drawings and oversee the initiation of work.
  • Assign labor and materials to all quoted and time & materials work orders.
  • Lead quality review meetings before shipment and provide excellent internal customer support.

Full Job Description
As the Senior Project Manager supporting our clients Trade Show efforts, you'll manage time, shop resources, and budget expectations for large scale and complex experiential marketing projects. This comes as working with a variety of teams in monitoring & managing project statuses, creative solution implementation, budget allocation, and resource distributions on experiential marketing projects. The position must reside within the Dallas area office to best support their ongoing projects. Senior Project Manager Responsibilities • Assumes accountability for assigned large scale / complex experiential marketing / tradeshow projects, ensuring project quality, budgets and timelines are met. • Coordinate the post-sale work order process for all assigned accounts/Account Executives. • Secure necessary information to properly process a work order. • Break down projects, facilitate job control, and handle project billing. • Review the estimate for general agreement with completeness, hours, materials and subcontract dollars. • Determine the need & scope for detail drawings / set up drawings and initiate all work with detailing. • Assign labor and material by department codes to all quoted and T&M work orders. • Lead quality put-to-detail, put-to-work and final job review meetings prior to shipment. • Write purchase order requisitions for direct purchase materials. • Provide high level of service and support to internal clientele. • Act as a mentor and assist in training of project managers. • Additional responsibilities may be assigned. Requirements Senior Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications • Associates degree and / or 5+ years of direct Industry experience / background required. • Strong understanding of basic electrical requirements, woodworking techniques, & understanding AutoCAD drawings. • Able to develop drawings in AutoCad is preferable, but not required. • Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Demonstrated technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to travel to show-site to oversee I&D efforts, as needed.
