Job DescriptionCODISCOVR is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery to lead complex discovery engagements from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for overseeing the full EDRM lifecycle, managing client and case team relationships, and ensuring delivery of defensible, high-quality work product on time and within scope. The Senior Project Manager will oversee a pod of two technologists or more, manage and prioritize their workloads, and ensure resources are aligned with project demands and deadlines. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a strategic partner to legal case teams and clients and will report to the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director. The ideal candidate brings deep eDiscovery expertise, strong leadership skills, advanced Relativity knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects across the EDRM lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review preparation, and productions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and legal case teams, providing strategic guidance, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee Relativity workspaces, including setup, data ingestion, workflow design, quality control, and production management.
- Ensure all work product complies with ESI protocols, client specifications, court rules, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee a pod of two technologists or more, managing and prioritizing workloads, assigning projects and tasks, monitoring capacity and deadlines, and providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate and support forensic data collections across a wide range of data sources, including email systems, cloud platforms, social media, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain defensibility, efficiency, and quality.
- Partner with internal leadership to improve workflows, tools, and processes, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
- Stay current on emerging eDiscovery technologies, legal trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and six (6) or more years of progressive experience in eDiscovery, or legal project management.
- Advanced working knowledge of Relativity, including workspace administration, analytics, search, and production workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale eDiscovery matters with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of forensic collection methodologies and defensible data handling practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities across multiple matters simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong client-service orientation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work, maintaining defensibility, and upholding professional and ethical standards.
- Utilize the organization's ticketing system (ServiceNow) to intake, track, prioritize, and manage eDiscovery requests, incidents, and project-related tasks in accordance with established workflows and service-level expectations.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete documentation of project activities, status updates, and issue resolution within ServiceNow to maintain transparency, accountability, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to triage and escalate ServiceNow tickets as needed, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Experience working with enterprise ticketing or case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage requests, track work, and support operational workflows in a structured environment.
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $155,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.
