We currently have an opportunity open for a Senior Project Manager in our Mississauga office.
You as a Project Manager:
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to achieve project goals.
- Lead, manage and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate any negative impact on the project.
- Develop and implement quality management plans and processes to ensure that the project meets or exceeds the required quality standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- Oversee contracts and agreements, including reviewing proposals and negotiating terms, to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the project outcomes.
- Develop and manage project schedules, identify critical path activities, set milestones, and track progress against the schedule.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project, including managing the risks associated with construction sites.
- Create and distribute regular project status reports, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress.

Requirements
- 5-10+ year of construction management experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- A diploma or university degree in construction management preferred or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Experience using Procore is considered an asset
