Responsibilities:

  • Leads IT project management services supporting DT/EA/CST Portfolio and Product Teams across enterprise

  • Establishes structured processes engaging with Product Teams throughout entire product life cycle ensuring early and continuous Service Operations involvement

  • Provides comprehensive operational guidance advising Product Teams on infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support requirements

  • Develops comprehensive deployment readiness checklists providing oversight to confirm completion prior to deployment

  • Establishes communication protocols keeping Service Operations informed of all planned deployments and changes

  • Conducts comprehensive pre-deployment reviews validating readiness ensuring resolution of issues identified

  • Leads post-deployment support ensuring smooth transition to production with proactive monitoring

  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others


Qualifications:
Required –
