Responsibilities

  • Lead transformational projects through effective project management processes

  • Manage stakeholder relations and regularly update project issues and risks
  • Continuously improve delivery by sharing project insights with the team
  • Develop project business cases, charters, and Gantt charts ensuring all sign-offs are in place
  • Coordinate preparations for decision-making meetings such as steering committees
  • Conduct project health assessments and address concerns with leadership
  • Facilitate critical stakeholder engagement and End of Project Reviews

Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Lead transformational projects by facilitating and driving project management processes (e.g. Gantt, CPM, risks and escalated issues, change requests, etc.)
  • Model project management best practices and serve as a first point of contact for project team support and guidance
  • Continuously manage key stakeholders in Henkel and actively add / update issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress / status
  • Continuously improve project delivery by sharing lessons learned with the team
  • Support the development of project business cases, charters, Gantt charts, and ensure appropriate signoffs
  • Organize preparations for decision (body) meetings such as steering committees
  • Perform project health assessments and raises concerns to project leadership and/or escalate to sponsor/PMO as required
  • Manage all critical project stakeholders and facilitates End of Project Reviews (EPRs)

Thesalary range for this role is $150000.00 and $175000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location. Thisposting is intended to comply with all applicable state and local paytransparency laws.
