Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in IT project management, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS environments
• Experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with platform migrations or replatforming projects; project management certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex replatforming projects independently
• Oversee System Integrators and external partners to adhere to SCAYLE standards
• Ensure operational readiness and connectivity of customer environments post-go-live
• Take ownership of the project lifecycle from planning through to rollout, managing budget and resources
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations
• Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and thorough documentation throughout projects
• Implement agile methodologies to facilitate timely decision-making and efficient execution
