As your initial career assignment, you will support the priorities and vital functions of our shared services teams as a(n) Senior Project Manager.
AIS is looking for a Project Manager who wants to own outcomes, not simply administer tasks. This person will help customers turn cloud, security, data, AI, modern-work, and business-application goals into executable delivery plans and measurable results. They will create clarity, manage risk, drive decisions, and keep delivery aligned to the result the customer is trying to achieve.

What you will be doing

Project and customer outcome ownership
  • Establish a shared definition of success with the customer, technical lead, and AIS stakeholders.
  • Translate the statement of work and customer objectives into an outcome-based delivery plan.
  • Own schedules, milestones, dependencies, actions, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and customer commitments.
  • Maintain alignment among activity, contractual deliverables, customer adoption, and intended business outcomes.
  • Identify execution drift early and drive corrective decisions.
  • Escalate with a clear statement of impact, options, recommendation, and decision needed.
Consultative engagement and delivery management
  • Facilitate discovery, planning, status, and working sessions that surface assumptions, constraints, priorities, and unresolved decisions.
  • Explain tradeoffs among scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate startup, onboarding, access, staffing, governance, communication, and delivery cadence.
  • Monitor progress, hours, budget, staffing, dependencies, and delivery health with appropriate oversight.
  • Identify potential scope changes and coordinate review.
  • Drive acceptance, closeout, lessons learned, experience capture, and follow-on assessment.
MSC operations and development into BD Operations
  • Maintain accurate project and portfolio information in designated AIS systems.
  • Support MSC gate-review preparation and opportunity-to-project handoffs.
  • Track missing actions, owners, approvals, staffing decisions, and deadlines.
  • Support concise portfolio and pipeline reporting.
  • Improve recurring checklists, templates, playbooks, and operating procedures.
  • Use approved AI and automation tools to reduce administrative effort while retaining human judgment.
  • Progressively support selected pipeline, proposal, Marketplace, reporting, staffing-readiness, and opportunity-handoff workflows after demonstrating reliable delivery performance.

Required experience

Two to five years in project coordination, project management, delivery operations, PMO support, consulting operations, implementation, or a related discipline.

Required domain exposure

Experience supporting technology, consulting, professional services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, data, AI, business applications, or managed services.

Core PM skills

Working knowledge of planning, scheduling, status reporting, risk and issue management, resource coordination, dependency management, documentation, and budget tracking.

Communication requirement

Strong writing and the ability to translate complex discussions into clear actions, decisions, owners, risks, and next steps for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
