Job Summary:

The Senior Project Lead serves as a strategic partner to the Heart & Vascular Service Line Administrator, driving process innovation, operational excellence, and access-to-care improvement initiatives across Upstate. This role leads data-driven performance improvement efforts, redesigns care delivery processes, and builds capability within clinical and operational teams to sustain long-term results.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Business or related field and 5 years of healthcare, SQL, Epic, or Business Analytics experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Business Administration and prior coding experience.
