  • Experience working with external suppliers, subcontractors, or development partners.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across technical disciplines and customer organizations.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. and/or U.K. security clearance, as required.

It's preferred if you bring:
  • Experience with aerospace hydraulic, electro-mechanical, or flight control actuation systems.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Exposure to military or defense programs and international customers.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Experience developing technical proposals, supporting audits, and managing complex engineering programs.

As Senior Project Engineer, you will:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of test equipment projects supporting military aircraft sustainment programs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and technical requirements.
  • Partner with U.S. and international military customers to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop technical requirements, statements of work, and proposal content for new test equipment programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams throughout the design, build, qualification, and delivery phases.
  • Select, manage, and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and performance expectations are met.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource requirements while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support issue resolution, root cause investigations, and quality initiatives to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, customer, and contractual requirements.
