Play a pivotal role in delivering complex mining and resource projects as a Senior Project Coordinator. In this role, you'll partner with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to drive project excellence-ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are executed with precision. Your ability to coordinate, communicate, and optimize processes will directly contribute to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Your Impact
• Coordinate and deliver projects in alignment with WSP project management methodologies and quality standards
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and expenditures to support effective forecasting and performance tracking
• Provide Project Managers with regular updates on progress, risks, and financial trends
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors, supporting procurement, invoicing, and contract administration
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, identifying and escalating issues proactively
• Collaborate with accounting teams to support client invoicing compliance and timely payments
• Coordinate project communications, documentation, and deliverables across teams and stakeholders
• Support logistics, resource planning, and mobilization to ensure efficient project execution

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $80,800 - 107,000
MB & ON: $73,700 - 101,500
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $73,000 - 96,900
