As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the execution of complex rail and transit programs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to ensure rail and transit initiatives remain on track and aligned with client expectations.
  • Support Project Managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements across major transit programs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, design, and construction teams to proactively resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Assist with proposal development, budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting for upcoming rail and transit work.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $93,700 - $124,200
MB & ON: $85,500 - $117,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $84,700 - $112,400
