What You'll Do:
Provide complex application solutions by identifying business requirements; researching potential solutions and identifying feasibility and compatibility with existing systems; making recommendations to meet end-user business objectives; conducting analysis and design; creating technical design and procedural documentation; and developing feature-rich code that is compliant with all department and Company policies and procedures.
Provides technical and operational support for the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands.
