The Program Manager, Products & Services plays a critical cross-functional role within the Products and Services organization, reporting directly to the Director, Business Transformation. This individual is responsible for driving end-to-end execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and operational outcomes. The Program Manager acts as a central coordination point across teams and initiatives, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to complex programs across all Xplore platforms
Key responsibilities include:- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Working knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications industry, including Fixed Wireless, Fibre, and Satellite technologies.
- Proficiency in program management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate commercial drivers and trade-offs.
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
The ideal candidate will possess:- 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, ideally within telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope.
- Experience driving business transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing executive-level stakeholders and facilitating senior decision-making forums.
- Experience in product or services organizations within a regulated or infrastructure-intensive industry is a strong asset.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
