Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the ongoing daily management of University Health's Epic Link program. Collaborates with the department's management team in strategic planning, development and implementation of outreach and network development activities to benefit University Health. Serves as a liaison between community providers and University Health for Epic Link operations. Identifies areas in need of process improvement and supports planning and evaluation efforts tailored to address the needs of the community providers. Develops procedures for monitoring, validating, and reconciling Epic Link program and related provider maintenance data for accuracy. Creates customized reports based on analyses of data for dissemination to monitor overall impact and program effectiveness

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field is required. Master's degree in healthcare related field is preferred. Organizational skills with keen attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and planning is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to work with public contacts, establish, and maintain effective working relationships and be highly adaptable to high-paced clinical environment.
