Major Duties : 6 Focus of role is on execution of a program initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities; expansion of critical business capabilties or implemenation of cross business unit regulatory change.
6 Leads others to solve complex problems

6 Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
6 Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
6 Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
Experience : 6 Seasoned expert with program/project management expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience.
6 May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
Salary Range:
$137,400 - 240,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
