JOB DESCRIPTION

The Tools & Insights team within Consumer & Community Banking is seeking a senior program manager to drive the next phase of our technology and data transformation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of structured program delivery, enterprise data products, and AI adoption — supporting the tools and workflows that power execution, performance visibility, and decision-making across CCB.

As theSenior Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade tools and data products while embedding structured delivery discipline across the portfolio and championing the integration of AI and automation into core workflows. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a trusted strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders across CCB — driving adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes without direct people management responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of tools, data products, and enhancements from intake through launch and stabilization.
  • Establish and apply a consistent delivery framework (intake, scope, milestones, entry/exit criteria, and governance routines).
  • Drive cross-functional planning and execution across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
  • Track and communicate program status, key risks/dependencies, and decisions; escalate and drive resolution as needed.
  • Define and monitor delivery and adoption KPIs (e.g., milestone performance, usage/adoption, stakeholder outcomes) to improve predictability and impact.
  • Partner with product, data, and technology leaders to translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements and roadmaps.
  • Lead structured user testing and release readiness (UAT planning, feedback loops, training inputs, and go-live support).
  • Improve data and reporting foundations to reduce manual work, ad-hoc reporting, and redundant analytics.
  • Identify and deliver AI/automation opportunities within core tools and workflows, with measurable efficiency and cycle-time improvements.
  • Develop executive-ready communications (updates, readouts, and presentations) tailored to senior leadership and varied audiences.
  • Manage vendor engagement as applicable, including scope, delivery expectations, and performance outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities

  • 7+ years of program delivery experience with demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-workstream, longer-term program plans in a large, matrixed organization
  • Hands-on experience withTableauand/orAlteryxincluding deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancement in a business context
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without direct authority over delivery teams
  • Strong track record of defining and tracking adoption metrics, delivery KPIs, and measurable business outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong risk and controls mindset with experience navigating governance and compliance requirements in a regulated environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across a diverse set of business partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical teams and senior executive audiences
  • Ability to proactively manage priorities, surface issues early, and drive decisions to closure in a fast-moving environment
