Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Enterprise Architecture team within JLLT. This individual will lead programs centered on AI Tools deployment across the enterprise and the development of AI agents purpose-built for JLLs business partners. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, a passion for AI and emerging technologies, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple programs and projects within the AI Tools and Agent Development workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, business partners, and technology vendors
  • Serve as the primary program lead for enterprise AI tool adoption initiatives, including generative AI platforms, copilot integrations, and productivity automation solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI agent development, defining use cases, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team
  • Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development projects from ideation through deployment ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and JLLs technology strategy
  • Develop and execute program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget and timeline management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Drive program goals, objectives, and success criteria, aligning with organizational strategic objectives and the Enterprise Architecture roadmap
  • Regularly monitor and report on program status, risks, and issues, providing recommendations and escalations to senior leadership
  • Act as a connector between business partners and engineering/AI teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and vice versa
  • Foster a collaborative working environment and promote effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Proactively identify and address potential project roadblocks and conflicts, implementing effective resolutions and contingency plans
  • Lead effective meetings, document decisions, and ensure all parties understand and accept their roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and issues; drive risk mitigation, contingency planning, and issue resolution
  • Communicate status, updates, and program summaries via presentations, email, and direct communication with key stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ensure adherence to and continuous improvement of project management best practices, methodologies, and standards within the AI program space
  • Track and report key program metrics; create data visualizations and dashboard summaries for executive-level management
  • Contribute to the maturity of AI program delivery by developing templates, playbooks, and best practice recommendations for agent development and AI tool rollout


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager, leading complex technology projects or programs from initiation to closure
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering or product teams
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools, generative AI platforms, or intelligent automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar)
  • Experience working with or supporting business partners as internal clients, with a track record of translating business needs into technology solutions
  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Demonstrated history of driving organizational change, enhancing project delivery processes, and adapting to evolving technology landscapes
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, product managers, AI/ML engineers, and senior business and engineering leaders
  • Proven track record with software or platform project planning, progress tracking, and risk management
  • Experience working within and directing geographically dispersed, diverse, and virtual teams
  • Strong understanding and experience with project scheduling, forecasting/budgeting, and resource management
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and ability to work within an EA framework


Preferred and/or Desirable
  • 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
  • 3+ years of experience in the technology industry with strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or automation concepts
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic platforms)
  • Experience supporting or delivering AI-powered products or tools to business stakeholders
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) is a plus
  • Experience working in end-to-end product development with product managers and product lines
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and API/integration ecosystems
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry or related fields is desirable
  • Agile/Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred
  • Executive reporting and presentation experience

Estimated compensation for this position:

123,000.00 - 150,700.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
