About the Team The Safety Product (or Platform Responsibility) team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of major compliance programs, from scoping through launch. - Translate new regulations into program requirements, timelines, and execution plans. - Align Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and Go To Market teams on goals and deliverables. - Proactively identify program risks and drive resolutions. - Develop and maintain program documentation, status updates, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication. - Improve compliance program processes, governance, and cross-functional workflows.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years in Program Management, TPM, or cross-functional project leadership. - Experience coordinating with Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams. - Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder compliance programs to deliver on time with high quality - Strong communication, documentation, and execution skills. Preferred Qualifications - Successful track record in leading compliance programs for minor safety laws from multiple jurisdictions.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108800 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
