What you will do

As a Senior Program Manager, Product Delivery & Execution, you will lead complex, cross-functional enterprise software programs, with a focus on Platform initiatives, in close partnership with Product Management and Engineering. You will operate as a peer and execution partner to Product Managers and engineering leaders, translating strategy into executable plans, milestones, and decisions while driving alignment, transparency, and delivery outcomes. This role requires structured thinking, strong execution leadership, and the ability to lead in high-ambiguity environments while establishing scalable operating mechanisms.

Program Leadership

  • Build and drive end to end execution plans for enterprise software and platform programs that require cross-team coordination.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate strategy into executable, milestone-driven plans.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across internal and external workstreams.
  • Ensure disciplined tracking of input and output metrics tied to platform capabilities, business outcomes, and delivery health.
  • Proactively identify blockers, call out issues directly, and drive resolution through clear ownership and escalation paths.

Execution, Governance, and Optimization

  • Maintain program artifacts, including plans, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive path-to-green recovery plans with defined corrective actions, owners, and timelines.
  • Reduce friction and improve throughput across internal and externally managed workstreams.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes for predictability, efficiency, and scale.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to identify optimization opportunities across programs.

Builder Mindset, Scaled Impact, and AI-Enabled Productivity

  • Proactively build tools, templates, and lightweight automation to scale execution and team productivity.
  • Design repeatable operating models and scalable systems rather than ad hoc coordination approaches.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, risk forecasting, and decision velocity.
  • Improve execution transparency, handoffs, and cross-team alignment across complex initiatives.

Communication and Alignment

    • Communicate programs clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences.
    • Provide structured status reporting, risk escalation, and expectation management.
    • Facilitate decision-making and maintain momentum across teams.
    • Driving accountability through influence.
    • Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Deployment, Support, and Customer Success.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is considered an asset. Project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management within enterprise software, platform, or infrastructure environments (SaaS or complex B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of scalable systems, platform capabilities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong fluency in AI-enabled tools and workflows, with a track record of using automation, data, and emerging technologies to streamline execution, improve reporting, and drive faster, more informed decisions. Proactively identifies opportunities to scale impact through AI
  • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and improve delivery predictability across programs.
  • Strong leadership, judgment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Operates with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership for product outcomes. Goes beyond process to deeply understand the product, customer impact, and technical context—rolling up sleeves when needed to solve problems and drive meaningful results.

Why This Role Matters

This role is critical to execution excellence at Kinaxis, enabling the delivery of complex initiatives that drive innovation and business outcomes. By combining structured execution, scalable operating models, and AI-enabled productivity, you will accelerate decision-making, improve delivery velocity, and increase organizational impact.
