Position SummaryOdyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Manager supporting a high priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC).
The Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC) is a one-of-a-kind Air Force activity operating from Lackland AFB which provides life cycle management for IA and other critical systems. The division’s primary mission is cyberspace support. AFLCMC/HNC is responsible for technology development, acquisition, sustainment, and demilitarization of cyber security systems or products that provide mission assurance by ensuring warfighter access to the information systems and its products, while denying adversaries access to the same. The division also provides product support to other critical Air Force, DoD, and national force protection and intelligence systems required by the nation to mobilize, deploy, support, and sustain operations.
This is a full time position located at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
- Provide acquisition and program management support in accordance with DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, and applicable DoD acquisition guidance.
- Support the planning, execution, and oversight of cryptologic, cybersecurity, information assurance, and secure communications programs.
- Analyze program effectiveness, efficiency, schedule performance, and resource utilization to support acquisition decision-making.
- Develop recommendations and alternative courses of action to address program risks, technical challenges, and resource constraints.
- Support system acquisition activities associated with the development, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, and modernization of cyber and cryptologic capabilities.
- Develop and maintain acquisition documentation, reports, briefings, schedules, and program management products.
- Support acquisition reporting requirements, including Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Monthly Acquisition Reports (MAR), and related program documentation.
- Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) reviews, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews, and executive-level meetings.
- Prepare and present program status briefings, analyses, and recommendations to senior government leadership.
- Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful program execution.
- Support acquisition strategies and planning efforts associated with cybersecurity, cryptologic, COMSEC, and secure communications systems.
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clerance
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, cryptologic, secure communications, information assurance, or related technology programs.
- Experience supporting acquisition reporting, program reviews, and executive-level briefings.
- Ability to analyze program performance and recommend solutions to complex acquisition challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Years of experience: 10+ years of experience five of which must be in the DoD
- Experience supporting Air Force acquisition organizations.
- Experience supporting cryptologic systems, COMSEC, Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), Information Assurance (IA), cybersecurity, secure communications, or Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
- Experience supporting National Security Agency (NSA), cyber operations, or information protection programs.
- Familiarity with Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and acquisition reporting processes.
