Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional collaboration across DM, Vertex, PSO, and Compliance to architect and deliver responsible AI solutions.
- Refine and implement enterprise-specific safety standards and RAI governance frameworks, translating ethical principles into actionable, consistent guidelines.
- Own the end-to-end pre-launch safety, neutrality, and testing strategy for prominent GenAI products. Provide authoritative, data-driven launch assessments to guide executive product decisions and mitigate human risks.
- Operationalize systems to ensure adherence to global regulations like the EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Engage strategic enterprise customers to gather feedback, deliver RAI workshops, and build customer-centric safety tooling.
- Define and maintain a safety product roadmap that anticipates market risks and aligns with Google's long-term strategy.
