Key job responsibilities

A Sr. Program Manager for the Data Center Community (DCC) Central Operations Services Team develops, leads, and executes centralized strategies for planning and executing business rhythms across a 16k+ person organization with diverse customer needs. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing working backward plans for business rhythms such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Operational Planning Cycles, Monthly, and Weekly Business Reviews.

- Manages central business rhythm calendar that establishes a timeline of events 18 months out at a time.

- Manages Central Operations Goals, driving timely updates, developing monthly/quarterly doc reviews, establishing/maintaining/communicating high standards for this program

- Coordinates scheduling requests using appropriate templates and protocols-often requires high judgement and details to ensure meetings are planned efficiently and timely

- Coordinates RFIs with key business partners and bizops cohort members, ensuring minimum requirements are established and met

- Uses high judgement when establishing business requirements, communications, and related questions or triage that arises

- Adds predictability and transparency across the business rhythms so "surprise" requests are kept to minimum

- Manages ambiguity across ad hoc requests and requirements that will arise

- Ensures outputs are higher value than inputs received when serving as central coordinator for key business docs and reports

- Establishes and maintains wiki for key dcc bizops functions, creating a self-service style directory where other DCC leaders and their staff can go to understand expectations associated with the mechanisms and processes we run; can also serve as an entry point for cross-organizational needs such as with finance/WFM/TA/etc;

- Applies excellent written and verbal communications, often geared to DCC leadership, centralized cohort members, and key partners

- Resource Planning and Management (FHC) - Synchronized headcount planning and execution

- Review /analyze bottoms-up fixed headcount plans during OP cycles, making recommendations to adjust plans when appropriate; serve as central DCC bizops point of contact for FHC during OP in coordination with key business partners.

- Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate fhc reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
