Overview / Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to plan, oversee, and drive complex programs and projects across multiple business functions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities - Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders, and finance teams to support program execution.
- Establish and monitor efficient processes between internal teams and external vendors, as applicable.
- Communicate project status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams.
- Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and outcomes are completed within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Provide accurate analysis and reporting, presenting data clearly for reviews and presentations.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to support successful program delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the assigned business domain.
- Maintain and update project schedules, work tracking systems, and project documentation to support successful implementation of business-critical initiatives.
Required Qualifications - 10+ years of IT experience.
- Experience managing complex global programs.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
