Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply planning, supply chain management, or operations.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into system requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in leading structured transitions (systems, processes, or organizational) with minimal disruption.
  • Advanced knowledge of end to end planning, inventory optimization, and running collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes with retailers.
  • Proven ability to build alliances with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholders and navigate strategic pivots to retain trust.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Devices and Services Supply Chain Planning team ensures Google's hardware products reach users globally with high availability and optimal operational efficiency. Within this organization, the Accessories End-to-End Planning team oversees the full lifecycle planning, supply-demand balancing, and fulfillment strategy for Google's first-party and third-party accessories portfolio spanning Made by Google and Made for Google ecosystems (e.g., Pixel Watch bands, cases, chargers, audio, and partner accessories).

In this role, you will lead the critical end-to-end operational planning strategy across a high-velocity, high-SKU product portfolio. You will orchestrate supply chain readiness from New Product Introduction through sustaining and end-of-life, balancing customer demand with factory constraints, component availability, and inventory targets.

This is an exciting and growing space at Google supporting a large range of categories and products across our Made by Google and Made for Google ecosystems (e.g., Pixel Watch bands, cases, chargers, audio, and partner accessories).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
