Position SummaryJoin a mission‑focused team driving one of the Army’s most important intelligence modernization efforts. We are seeking a Senior Program Liaison Officer to serve as the primary integrator between the government PM/PL and the INSCOM G‑4/Task Force. In this high‑impact role, you will shape strategic sustainment discussions, guide operational‑level decision making, and ensure PM priorities remain aligned with real‑world mission needs.
You will act as the authoritative conduit for information exchange, delivering clear updates on PM initiatives to the Task Force while relaying operational insights, sustainment concerns, and training feedback back to the PM for action.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced intelligence professional to brief senior leaders, drive synchronization between acquisition and operations, and ensure the Warfighter receives the capabilities and support they need to succeed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with key Stakeholders from both INSCOM and program office to support program requirements.
- Act as the primary conduit for information exchange between the PM and the INSCOM G-4/Task Force.
- Provide the Task Force with authoritative status updates on PM-led initiatives.
- Participate in operational planning meetings to represent the PM's equities and provide context on system capabilities, limitations, and sustainment timelines.
- Relay INSCOM feedback on training effectiveness and documentation usability back to the PM's training and tech writing teams for action.
- Serve as the primary conduit for strategic discussions regarding the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP). The LNO will capture, articulate, and relay the Task Force's questions and concerns about the long-term sustainment strategy (sparing, FSR posture, depot strategy, etc.) back to the PM for formal resolution.
- Provide the PM team with regular updates on the Task Force's priorities, operational concerns, and key findings to inform program strategy.
- Ability to self-manage and pace responsibilities to ensure completion of all required activities in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive experience in intelligence operations, sustainment planning, DoD program Management or related defense acquisition roles.
- Expert Knowledge of DoD Program Management (PMP or DAWIA) and the full range of related principles and practices to include budgeting, strategic planning, funding, and managing resources.
- Extensive knowledge of intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination methodologies with minimum 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge and ability to design, develop, integrate, assess, document, coordinate, and manage EW requirements and capabilities across the lifecycle.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience directly related to integrated logistics support activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with experience briefing at the GOFO senior leader and SES equivalent level.
- Extensive knowledge of intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with GEOINT, MASINT, technical signals exploitation, modeling and simulation.
- Expertise in geolocation, intelligence reporting, and commonly used analysis tool suites.
- Experience support Army or Dod missions, including deep familiarity with INSCOM operations, program management processes and senior leader engagement.
- Has served within INSCOM, a theater MI Brigade or Task Force environment
- Active CI Polygraph
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Clearance:
- Must have Active TS/SCI and ability to pass CI Polygraph

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
