A professional at this grade applies technical program finance and government contracting knowledge, making independent judgements based on significant previous experience to support decision making. • Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver internal and external financial reports, including IPMDAR EVM submissions, monthly revenue and cost forecasting, financial status updates, EACs, funding reports, and executive reviews. Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers and resolution of unpaid invoices or write-offs.
  • Contract & Schedule Oversight: Incorporate contractual changes into control systems to maintain accurate cost and schedule baselines. Collaborate with program teams to develop, update, and status schedules as required.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Support Program Managers as needed with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), time-phased budgets, schedules, and Estimate to Completes (ETCs), providing detailed analyses and recommendations.
  • Proposal & Pricing Support: Serve as a proposal pricing analyst and contribute to new business opportunities.
  • Contract Deliverables: Prepare financial contract data requirements lists (CDRLs) for timely delivery as required.
  • Internal Reviews: Prepare quarterly EAC review data and monthly program review presentations for executive management and leadership. Will utilize Cobra to calculate and analyze EVM metrics presented.
  • Project Closeout: Oversee project closeout activities, ensuring all financial and administrative tasks are completed including indirect rate adjustments. Knowledge of indirect cost rate structures and their application to contract pricing and closeout.
