What this job involves:

As the Senior Program Delivery Manager for GREF Activations on the Amazon account, you'll lead the strategic direction and oversee operations of a portfolio of programs that enhance the workplace experience for Amazonians across AMER. Partnering with GREF and JLL IFM leadership, you will own the delivery of workplace cultural programs including Expressions, Dogs at Work, Community Banana Stands, and Activations. Centering customer experience as a key program owner, you will drive portfolio standardization and efficiency, team development, and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions and workstreams. This senior leadership role requires a proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution. You'll set delivery strategy and standards across distinct program streams-each with unique operational models, vendor structures, and site-level requirements-while building strong partnerships with AMER-wide programming and IFM teams to create meaningful workplace experiences. The ideal candidate brings extensive program management experience, strong business acumen, and the leadership presence to drive results in a fast-paced, high-profile corporate environment while empowering teams to deliver excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Lead portfolio strategy and performance across all GREF cultural services workstreams, ensuring operational leaders deliver against program goals while maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience
  • Set delivery strategy and standards across distinct program streams including Community Banana Stands, Dogs at Work, Activations, and Expressions-each with unique operational models, vendor structures, and site-level requirements-ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Partner closely with the IFM and RPM clients to align portfolio operations with strategy, enabling consistent program delivery and streamlined scaling while serving as a trusted advisor on workplace experience initiatives
  • Oversee JLL and vendor team performance and development across the region, providing mentorship and leadership that holds operational leaders accountable for execution and empowers team members to deliver strong results
  • Manage key portfolio vendors and delivery partners, ensuring high standards and consistent delivery across 15+ AMER markets while maintaining strong vendor relationships and performance accountability
  • Own budget planning, forecasting, and financial management for all cultural services programs, ensuring frugality while maximizing program impact and value through strategic resource allocation
  • Prepare and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), finance, and metrics reporting that demonstrate program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Build partnerships with AMER-wide programming and IFM teams to enhance program offerings and create meaningful workplace experiences that support Amazon's culture and employee engagement
  • Provide strategic direction and portfolio-level oversight for the Expressions program while empowering the Expressions SPDM to lead day-to-day delivery, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency through process optimization and innovation.


Required Qualifications:
  • Fourteen (14) or more years of program management experience in real estate, community engagement, strategic partnerships, hospitality, or related fields with demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Proven understanding of workplace experience programming, including developing and scaling new program streams with measurable impact on employee engagement
  • Strong business acumen including experience with corporate infrastructure, systems management, and organizational dynamics within large, complex organizations
  • Extensive budget management experience including forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation with accountability for portfolio-level budgets spanning multiple programs and markets
  • Proactive, hands-on leadership style with willingness to support team members and lead by example in delivering results while maintaining strategic oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating complex concepts into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-profile corporate environments where agility, professionalism, and client service are essential to success
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new technology platforms to support program operations and reporting
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving implementation from concept to execution
  • Proven ability to manage key vendor relationships and delivery partners, ensuring accountability and high-performance standards across multiple markets.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Facilities Management processes, real estate operations, or workplace services delivery models within corporate environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean) and tools that support structured program delivery and team coordination
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, or operational frameworks that drive consistency and enable scaling across geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience leading teams through organizational change and program transformations with focus on change management and adoption strategies
  • Background in hospitality, event management, or community programming that informs workplace experience design
  • Experience working with Amazon or other large tech companies with understanding of their operational culture and workplace experience expectations
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling programs from concept to full operational maturity across multiple sites.

Estimated compensation for this position:

145,300.00 - 178,100.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
