Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior Program Analyst, with an emphasis on data analytics, systems/software tool support, and building solutions leveraging low-code platforms, to support the Federal Aviation Administration.
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design, build, test, deploy automated workflows, applications, and dashboards using low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft PowerPlatform, Appian, or similar tools) based on FAA client business requirements
- Assist with development and maintenance of automated solutions, such as forms, approvals, notifications, reporting, task tracking, custom applications
- Maintain FAA client's existing low-code solutions
- Use BI/Visualization tools to build and maintain dashboards/reports
- Integrate low-code solutions with existing systems and data sources
- Support requirements gathering and develop requirements documents (e.g. business, functional, technical) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) as necessary
- Support system/software tool development by providing project management support for the Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP), Operations, and Airspace Analytics (IOAA) tool
- Participate in and/or facilitate IOAA user test events. Conduct data quality, feature, regression, pre-release testing. Compile user feedback and prepare deliverable reports as needed
- Write/run SQL and Python queries to extract required data for information requests
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, functional specifications to support process automation
- Establish/maintain issue tracking for various solutions using Jira, Github, or similar tools
- Conduct routine data cleaning, normalization, analysis, and evaluation to ensure quality and discover anomalies
- Develop/update training documents and user guides
- Document, disseminate, and track meeting minutes, notes, and action items
- Maintain internal client SharePoint sites
- Prepare materials for and giving program related briefings and presentations
- Perform senior level program analysis functions associated with the ongoing information technology activities
- Coordinate, schedule, and support web teleconferences as necessary
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years related program/management analyst experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
- Power Platform, Tableau/PowerBI Certification preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Development experience with business process workflow automation tools such as Power Apps/Power Automate, Pega, or Appian
- Familiarity with Python and Jupyter notebooks preferred
- Demonstrated experience building/maintaining dashboards
- Experience with issue tracking management tools, such as JIRA and/or Github preferred
- Extensive experience connecting to various data sources and structures
- Advanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements
- Experience maintaining databases (e.g. Dataverse, SQL) is preferred
- Demonstrated experience responding to external and internal inquiries
Salary: $125,000 to $135,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
