SAIC has an immediate need for a Senior Program Analyst supporting the Tactical Networks (TACNET) Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (CB-ISEA) Consolidate Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES) Program of Record (PoR), located in San Diego, CA.

Note: This role isHybrid Remote, with periodic onsite requirements (30-40%) in the San Diego area. It also requires up to 10% travel.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Support the Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (TACNET CB-ISEA) Modernization Support Service Area.
  • Provides direct project management support for the Senior Project Manager.
  • Format and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and other documents.
  • Support project management team and network engineers to prepare, update, and distribute programmatic artifacts.
  • Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, as needed to collect, update, and turnover the artifacts to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.
  • May be responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, research and secure requested information, and compiling/proofing of various deliverables.
  • Directly interface with Government Civilian and Active Duty Navy personnel.
  • Participate in a continual improvement process and provide inputs to standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze failure data, trouble reports, and other U.S. Navy Fleet communications to identify current system deficiencies.
  • Propose solutions, conduct peer reviews, and work with production engineers to implement solutions.
  • Create and update engineering documentation and manage solutions through a formal configuration management process.
  • Attend and participate in technical meetings, report on technical progress, prepare briefs, and provide presentations.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT), Technical Working Group (TWG) and engineering/design review/meetings.
  • Performs technical planning, high level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution (to include use cases, test procedures and test data), software systems integration, and technical support for software systems and subsystems.


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
