Job Title SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST Location Washington DC, Navy Yard - DC US (Primary) Job Description Job Title: Program Analyst (SharePoint, Flank Speed and Dashboard Development) Work Location: Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) 1333 Isaac Hull Ave SE, Washington, DC 20376 Work Remotely: No Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire The candidate will work as a member of a team to design and implement SharePoint based solutions which address a range of customer needs which may involve collaboration, workflow, content management, document management, or business intelligence/reporting. The ideal candidate has strong SharePoint experience and has previously supported Naval Sea System Command. Position will support the NAVSEA 05H Executive Front Office, coordinate closely with NAVSEA Office of the Chief Information Officer to ensure effective, proper implementation of SharePoint and Microsoft suite of tools. As a SharePoint Program Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to client specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, debugging software, and training staff. To ensure success, candidate should have extensive knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office software, proficiency with front-end programming languages, and the ability to solve complex software issues. Responsibilities:  Develop reports using PowerBI  Support migrating current site collection to SharePoint Online. Address migration issues by rewriting solutions using the Power Platform  Address migration issues by rewriting solutions using the Power Platform  Design and develop apps for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web technologies  Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management  Design, develop, customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows  Maintain FAQs, Knowledge Base, and Standard Operating Procedures  Attend internal and external customer meetings as required  Provide SharePoint and Configuration Management/Data Management /Report Management (CM/DM/RM) consultation, advice, guidance, and work instructions to client leadership and staff  Design, develop, and coordinate SharePoint site content and capabilities, including creating and using lists, libraries, flows, and PowerApps  Maintain CM/DM Plan, SharePoint new feature rollout plans and schedules, SharePoint training and work instructions  Support client document change management process  Maintain awareness of official document development and status, with responsibility of ensuring authoritative version is correctly stored in appropriate library and available to correct user groups  Maintain appropriate data access/security, availability, and security markings, remaining cognizant of the individuals who have read/edit access to documents  Actively mitigate risk of access control "lags" and keep permissions updated to match organization membership  Integrate document library links into graphical representations on SharePoint site pages  Proactively monitor, assess, and make recommendations for process improvements  Provide weekly or as needed reports of significant accomplishments and status reports  Collect, retain, maintain, and prepare data for distribution to internal and external customers  Perform integration and analysis of data, products, and system tools.  Support programmatic reviews, technical meetings and associated briefings, and track and report on activities and products.  Develop and deliver requirements and design documents Job Requirements  A minimum of 8 years working with SharePoint (SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online)  A minimum of 3 years working with Power BI  Proficient in designing and developing solutions using SharePoint and Power BI to meet customer requirements  In depth understanding of the capabilities of SharePoint 2020, and Office 365/SharePoint Online and Power BI  Excellent customer service and communications skills  Analytical skills to discover business problems, identify possible causes, and design quick and effective solutions Minimum Qualifications:  Knowledge and ability to operate full suite of Microsoft Office software  Ability to solve complex software issues  Extensive knowledge of the extending SharePoint functionalities (PowerApps and PowerAutomate)  Detail-orientated  Self-motivated Security Clearance: This position requires a current U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) SECRET security clearance and employee must maintain eligibility and adjudication at the SECRET level. Education/Equivalent:  Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field.  Bachelor's + 15 years of relevant experience  Experience supporting NAVSEA or other DoD government organizations preferred Clearance Requirement
