Full Job Description
Job Description and Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Analyst will ensure that our government customer achieves the desired infrastructure, capabilities, and processes for the deployment of systems and services at the speed of relevance. The Senior Program Analyst performing on this contract will possess the required skills, experience and credentials at the appropriate clearance level and be responsible for executing collaborative program integration and interoperability to enhance command and control, communications, and readiness for our customer.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Provide minimally supervised support for difficult analysis and evaluation assignments.
  • Support program level activities including, systems engineering, risk analysis and management, safety analysis and assessment, production management, modeling and simulation, scheduling, testing, cyber security assessment and management, and software management.
  • Support documentation review, processing and integration into program activities
  • Provide recommendations and assist in accomplishing program level activities.
  • Perform technical reviews, milestones reviews, program reviews, new program development, program strategy development, and program execution management.
  • Facilitate assessments of integrating systems and solutions into active remote locations and operations


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM related field or other applicable field of study.
  • Relevant experience and years of service may be considered in lieu of required education


Required Experience:
  • Ability to work as a member of a team with the skills and personality to lead discussions that results in positive desired outcomes
  • Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, business management and customer service skills
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in a DoD organization supporting critical mission objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience working with Special Operations teams and maritime operations
  • A minimum of five years of experience with Project Lifecycle Management, Software development, Budget and Resource Allocation, Risk Management, and Contract and Scope Management
  • A minimum five years of experience with Tactical Communications and Uncrewed systems
  • Demonstrated experience applying technical analysis to real-world problems resulting in fieldable military solutions.
  • Work is independent and collaborative in nature. May oversee work assignments of less senior staff.
  • Minimum of SECRET clearance


Preferred Experience:
  • Autonomous Systems Mission Planning and Project Management support or equivalent skills
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM is preferred; however, experience is key.
  • Experience working with Special Operations highly preferred.
  • Project Management or process improvement experience in fielding solutions
  • Autonomy and Robotics Integration Experience in operational and test scenarios
  • Understanding of acquisition management support and documentation for fielding software and systems
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred


Travel: Up to 20% based on customer needs
