Senior Project Management Analyst - Aerospace & Defense Supply Chain Planning

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support aerospace and defense supply chain planning for NAVAIR's H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters Program Office (PMA-261). This role evaluates material requirements for CH-53E sustainment and CH-53K production, fielding and support. The analyst helps identify supply constraints and improve the availability of parts, repair assets and modification kits needed to meet program and fleet requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Translate program schedules, fleet needs and modification plans into material-demand forecasts and supply planning requirements.
  • Monitor requirements against supply-base capabilities, supplier capacity, lead times, delivery commitments and available inventory.
  • Assess shortages, back orders, repair turnaround times and obsolescence risks that could affect aircraft availability or program schedules.
  • Coordinate with program, logistics, procurement, engineering and supplier stakeholders to assess recovery options and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track material readiness for production, sustainment and modification activities, and prepare reports on supply performance and forecast changes.
  • Support procurement documentation and supply chain planning in accordance with applicable government contracting requirements and compliance obligations.


Required Qualifications
  • MA or MS degree.
  • More than 10 years of experience performing program, project or management analysis duties relevant to this position.
  • Secret Clearance.


Desired Qualifications

At least three years of experience encompassing all of the following:
  • Direct supply chain planning within the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Monitoring requirements against supply-base capabilities and forecasting material demands.
  • Familiarity with government contracting requirements and compliance.
