Job DescriptionThis OpportunityWSP is currently initiating a search for a Graphic Design Specialist to join our Visualization Team based in Meridian, ID. Your Impact- Development of Graphic Design deliverables including:
- Print materials - i.e. Presentation displays, fact sheets, and simulation boards
- Digital materials - i.e. Presentation design, infographics, and document design
- Website design materials - i.e. Page layout design, UI elements, and mobile design
- Video production materials - i.e. Motion graphics, footage editing, and color grading
- Capturing of on-site photography and video footage for project-specific needs. This includes travel to job locations. Training in taking photos, and on-site safety requirements will be provided.
- Consultation, development and clarification of complex, controversial and difficult to describe projects
- Pursuit of professional development to stay current with visualization technology and development of new communication tools
- Experience self-managing tasks/projects and working within a scope, schedule, and budget.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Who You AreRequired Qualifications- 5-10 years of industry experience in engineering, visualization and related professional services
- Associate or bachelor's degree in art, multimedia, cinematography, engineering, architecture or related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
- Understanding of lighting, composition, color, and perspective
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Google Earth KMZ and tile manipulation
- Experience with photography and video collection
- Experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders to deliver quality solutions
- Experience with the design process and quality control critiques
- Ability to read/understand engineering design plans

Expected Salary (all locations): $59,500 - $156,000
