Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Production Designer to support large-scale marketing and advertising initiatives. This role is critical to the execution of high-volume, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across a wide range of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary production partner on high-volume, multi-market campaigns, managing significant portions of thousands of billboard iterations
  • Execute high-volume asset versioning for digital campaigns, including social media and display formats
  • Prepare and manage production-ready files for print and digital, ensuring all deliverables meet vendor and platform specifications
  • Coordinate and manage proofing workflows through external vendor platforms and internal tools (e.g., PageProof), ensuring timely reviews and approvals
  • Maintain rigorous file organization standards, including naming conventions, archiving, and version control across large asset libraries
  • Collaborate closely with design leadership, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure strong typographic hierarchy, spacing, and layout consistency across high-volume deliverables, maintaining brand integrity at scale
  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency, and scalability
  • Manage and maintain large-scale campaign tracking spreadsheets, including organizing billboard iterations by market/location and leveraging tools like pivot tables for clarity and accuracy


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a production design role within an in-house team, agency, or high-volume marketing environment
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale versioning projects (OOH, billboards, or multi-market campaigns strongly preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,)
  • Strong understanding of print production, file setup, and vendor specifications
  • Experience with proofing and workflow tools such as PageProof (or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with a keen eye for detail and consistency across high-volume outputs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume output without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong organizational and file management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including pivot tables, data organization, and large dataset management
