We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Owner to lead the development of high-impact clinical solutions to streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient care. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex medical requirements and cutting-edge technology, ensuring our digital products deliver measurable value in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of configuration specialists to align vended solution and business need.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and successful product launch.
- Define and gather requirements for product development and delivery
- Create value for both customers and organization while mitigating risk.
- During product/feature discovery, the PO validates hypotheses by continuous testing.
This is a remote position.
You will report to the Associate Director, Product Management.
Required Qualifications:
- You will have a Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare.
- You will have 3+ years of Product Owner Experience.
- You will have 2+ years of experience in Primary Care.
- You will have 1+ years of experience with Athena.
- You will Travel up to 25% within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- You will have Master's degree in business or healthcare.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
