Location This is an onsite role based in Chicago, IL About the job you9re considering Capgemini is hiring an Onsite Senior Product Owner / Scrum Lead to work with cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model, driving product strategy, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery excellence. Your Role Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery outcomes. Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring features and user stories deliver maximum business value. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Drive product vision, roadmap planning, and execution while balancing business priorities, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines. Monitor sprint progress, remove impediments, and support teams in maintaining high levels of productivity and quality. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, measure product success, and continuously improve customer experience. Lead discussions around process improvements, Agile best practices, and delivery optimization initiatives. Ensure transparency across teams regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and release planning. Work in a team covering business and technology with representatives from the client to produce overall quality delivery. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 to $207,401 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
