Minimum qualifications:

About the job

The gAE YouTube team is composed of Product Excellence Managers (PEMs) and Practitioner Success Managers (PSMs) responsible for practitioner engagement and insights, including enabling frontline readiness, generating actionable insights for product improvements, and influencing technical solutions to drive product priorities.

The gTech Ads Enablement team leverages user, operational and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive or automated that they require no support at all. Our team ensures quality, scale, and efficiency to how Google delivers its ad products.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $228000 - $317000 (USD) 25% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Product Excellence Managers (PEMs) and Practitioner Success Managers (PSMs) to drive product and practitioner excellence for YouTube Performance Advertising products, including Demand Gen and Display Ads.
  • Define and drive the gTech Ads YouTube Performance product and service strategy, long-term roadmap, and strategic responses to accelerate product adoption and customer growth.
  • Establish and socialize engagement models for horizontal partnerships across vertical product communities, Sales, Engineering, and gTech stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full life-cycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products while ensuring product readiness, ongoing project management, and clear communications.
  • Assess product gaps using customer feedback and metrics analysis, communicating issues and managing escalations with cross-functional partners to influence product roadmaps.
