Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Digital Strategy to lead end to end digital strategy for the Windows Commercial portfolio, spanning web, social, blogs, and integrated campaigns. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine...connecting narrative, channels, and execution into a cohesive, high impact digital experience. You'll shape how customers discover, engage with, and act on our story, translating portfolio priorities into orchestrated, performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is an ideal role for a strategic integrator...someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, digital experience, and marketing performance, and can drive clarity and alignment across complex, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Integrated Digital Strategy
• Lead cross-channel strategy across web, social, and blog to deliver a unified, audience-first digital experience
• Align all digital efforts to portfolio narrative, campaign priorities, audience needs, and key business moments
• Drive consistency, scale, and measurable impact across all digital touchpoints

Web Journey Ownership
• Own the end-to-end customer journey across Windows Commercial web experiences
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers and web teams to translate product strategy into high performing, conversion-oriented experiences
• Improve discoverability, content relevance, and conversion performance across the site
• Identify and eliminate fragmentation, duplication, and inefficiencies across web initiatives

Social & Content Strategy
• Define and operationalize a content prioritization model focused on quality, relevance, and impact
• Align social and content strategy to key narratives, audience insights, and major business moments (e.g., launches, events)
• Drive performance against key metrics (engagement, growth, content efficiency) and continuously optimize based on insights
• Elevate the role of social as a strategic channel-not just amplification

Campaign & Narrative Integration
• Lead integrated, cross-channel campaigns (e.g., AI- and agents-led narratives)
• Ensure a single, cohesive story across all customer touchpoints
• Orchestrate alignment across marketing, Product Marketing Managers, web, and agency teams to deliver seamless execution
• Own the centralized marketing calendar across channels and stakeholders
• Establish and lead planning rhythms (weekly standups, campaign planning, alignment reviews)
• Drive visibility, coordination, and accountability across teams to eliminate silos and maximize impact

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.


Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-channel digital strategy across web, social, and content.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and web experience optimization.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive stakeholder alignment.


Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400.00 - $203,600.00 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600.00 - $222,600.00 per year.
