The Opportunity:We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the provider side of our product marketing practice at Grow Therapy. You'll sit at the intersection of Product and Marketing, partnering closely with Product Managers, Design, and Growth to shape how we bring provider-facing features to market and drive meaningful product adoption across our provider base. This is a high-ownership role on a small, collaborative PMM team reporting directly to the Staff PMM. Your work will directly shape how thousands of therapists experience and engage with the tools they rely on to run their practice. Your responsibilities will include:
What You'll Be Doing:- Build and execute go-to-market strategy for provider-facing product launches, including positioning, messaging, and supporting collateral
- Develop and maintain provider segmentation and persona frameworks to ensure our marketing reflects how providers actually think and work
- Partner with Product to translate feature releases into clear, compelling narratives that drive awareness and product adoption among providers
- Own provider-facing marketing channels and lifecycle touchpoints, coordinating across email, in-product, and community to move providers from awareness to adoption
- Monitor provider feedback, market trends, and competitive activity to surface insights that inform both marketing strategy and product direction
You'll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at a startup or in a high-growth environment
- You've owned GTM end-to-end, from positioning and messaging to launch execution and channel strategy, and can point to how your work drove product adoption
- You have hands-on experience owning email and in-product marketing channels, and are comfortable running experiments, reading performance data, and iterating based on what you learn
- You're a strong cross-functional partner who leads with curiosity about users, seeks out feedback, and uses what you learn to sharpen messaging and strategy
- Healthcare or marketplace experience is a plus, not a requirement
