Full Job Description
The Sr. Product Manager, Workforce Enablement is a key member of the Technology Strategy & Product Management team, responsible for shaping the product strategy and roadmap for the platforms that connect and empower every Associate at Crate & Barrel Holdings. This domain - spanning AI productivity tools, collaboration platforms, chat, and internal knowledge bases - serves as the digital connective tissue of CBH, enabling Associates across Headquarters, Stores, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to work effectively, find answers quickly, and deliver exceptional experiences to our Customer. This role requires a strong command of product management principles, a passion for emerging technology, and the cross-functional instincts to align a diverse set of stakeholders around a shared vision for how CBH's workforce operates best.

A day in the life as a Senior Technology Product Manager, Workforce Enablement...
  • Partner alongside engineering, product and business leadership to define the product's vision and strategy for the future
  • Define and prioritize high-impact outcomes based on user feedback, business goals and leading edge capabilities
  • Study and advocate for the needs of the personas served by this product domain
  • Proactively align roadmaps and dependencies with other products and stakeholders where shared outcomes are identified and advantageous
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment and maximizing user adoption/value realization
  • Conduct product discovery activities to validate product ideas and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend external vendors to support vision and roadmap where appropriate and manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations, renewals and customer success offerings to drive adoption (trainings, workshops, etc.)
  • Prioritize all defects associated with the products and/or that are impacting business partners with appropriate urgency and consideration of current backlog


What you'll bring to the table...
  • Extensive knowledge of Product Management best practices and strategies, including dual path discovery and delivery, defining user personas and journeys, defining OKRs and complex, technical solutioning
  • Shifts fluidly between technical depth and strategic business thinking
  • Deep interest in understanding the nuances of the customer/end user experience
  • Strong data analysis skills, including using qualitative and quantitative data points to inform product decisions and strategic direction
  • Expertise in business & product area acumen is preferred, especially experience applying requirements from HR, legal, security and compliance
  • Ability to align product decisions with business goals and tell a story to the value proposition of the product domain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including leadership
  • Exceptional collaboration, executive decisioning and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and experiment; upholds "progress over perfection" mindset
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Confluence and AI productivity tools like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Google Gemini
