The Role:Voice is our fastest-growing modality and the most technically demanding product line we offer. We're hiring a Senior PM to own it end-to-end.
This is not a chat PM role stretched into voice. Real-time voice agents live on latency, turn-taking, interruption handling, ASR accuracy, and how well the system carries context across a live conversation. You'll own how our Voice agent handles those tradeoffs, which telephony and contact-center systems we integrate with, and how we win enterprise voice deployments against incumbents and startups alike.
You'll have a revenue target, a roadmap you define, and direct accountability for the P&L.
What You'll Own:- Full product ownership of the Voice line: roadmap, PRDs, delivery, and revenue.
- Telephony and contact-center integrations (SIP, PSTN, Twilio, LiveKit, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, and others as we expand).
- Voice-specific product decisions: latency budgets, barge-in behavior, STT/TTS quality, conversation state, and handoff to human agents.
- Direct enterprise customer engagement to extract requirements and translate them into tight specs engineering can build from.
- Partnership with GTM to drive Voice adoption and revenue.
- Prioritization tradeoffs across a multi-modal platform where Voice intersects with chat, email, and internal use cases.
- Contribution to broader product strategy alongside Sami and platform leadership.
Who You Are:- 5-7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on voice or telephony products. This is a hard requirement.
- You've shipped real-time voice systems and understand the constraints: audio pipelines, streaming ASR, TTS latency, endpointing, VAD, and the difference between legacy IVR and modern conversational voice agents.
- You've worked with telephony platforms directly. Twilio, LiveKit, Vonage, or comparable. Contact-center experience (Genesys, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect) is a strong plus.
- You've operated at both startups and scaled companies and know when to move fast versus when to build for durability.
- You extract requirements from messy customer conversations and turn them into PRDs.
- You're a problem solver, not a project manager. You've been the person deciding what to build and why, not tracking KPIs only.
- Real enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents. You follow the space because you find it interesting, not because it's trending.
- Strong communication across audiences. Technical enough to hold your own with engineering, and clear enough to translate for enterprise stakeholders.
Location:Hybrid in Boston, San Francisco, or New York.
Compensation:Base salary of $175,000 to $220,000, plus bonus ($240,000-255,000 OTE). Compensation includes comprehensive benefits, and equity in a well-funded, high-growth company.
