Full Job Description
Act as a Product Lead for our Sales Enablement technology, supporting all things Sales Enablement & CRM technology as it relates to growing the business. You will own the vision, strategy, and implementation for the future of our sales and customer health tooling, guiding RXO from a read & write CRM to a sales enablement ecosystem that removes the friction that gets in the way of sales teams spending more time with customers and prospects. The ideal candidate will help craft the future vision in partnership with senior leadership & key stakeholders, gaining consensus, crafting an executable roadmap, and delivering against agreed-upon goals. This role will also play a leading cross-functional role delivering both technology & process recommendations for our customer sales organizations.
The Senior Product Manager can expect to have mentorship opportunity and work rationalization for several execution resources, with preference given to candidates who express interest in a path to people management.
