Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of our risk management platform, encompassing risk perception, response, and disposal capabilities. Refine online response processes and create industry-leading solutions. Establish a security capability evaluation system, collaborating with business units to define security assessment methods and indicators. Drive the implementation of these projects in the business sector. Perform data analysis and devise results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying and addressing system and business challenges to drive effective solutions. Provide strategic technical product roadmap management and leadership for the development and execution of strategies, to ensure seamless strategic synergy between internal technical team and business stakeholders. Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration, striving to enhance business operations and the evolution of the platform. Prepare and deliver detailed and effective project status information to broad and diverse groups of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timeline, risk, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget. Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics (any), Economics, Business, Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Performing end-to-end product management, including product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment; Using Product Management tools, including JIRA and MS Office, to write detailed technical product requirement and user stories; Using User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) design principles and wireframing tools, including Sketch, Figma, or InVision; Performing data analysis using SQL or Python to analyze product and business performance; and Collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and prioritizing requirements from different sources to deliver business solutions. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176320 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
