Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to create scalable solutions.
• Enhance patient journeys across services like prescriptions, refills, and payments.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to prioritize features and improve user experience.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including backlog prioritization and release planning.
