Senior Product Manager, Strategic Accounts

San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Product management at Dealpath looks different than it did even a year ago. AI has changed what one PM can own, and the lines between product, design, and engineering are coming together in a good way. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Strategic Accounts pod, the team responsible for the roadmap that keeps Dealpath's largest and most important customers growing with us. You'll report to Jeff Blasbalg and work directly with enterprise clients to define the features and experiences that drive retention, upsell, and expansion across our biggest accounts.
How we think about AI for this role

This isn't a nice-to-have. Our design team went from two people to one over the past year, in large part because PMs now build their own prototypes and drive solution design directly with AI, rather than waiting on a dedicated designer for every artifact. We're looking for someone who can genuinely leverage AI to move faster and think bigger, not someone who leans on it as a crutch or ships AI slop. That balance, real capability plus real judgment, is the bar.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will:
  • Use AI as a core part of how you work: build your own prototypes, drive solution design, and move fast, in true partnership with design and engineering rather than waiting on them
  • Own major product features end to end, from discovery through release, on the team responsible for our largest accounts
  • Get in front of customers directly. We don't have a dedicated UX research team, so PMs own discovery and validation with our CS and Implementation teams
  • Translate account health signals (gross and net retention, upsell, seat expansion) into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
  • Learn and become an expert in Commercial Real Estate, working alongside a highly experienced team and executive-level clients
  • Shape product culture on Dealpath's largest pod through strong judgment, clear decision-making, and hands-on ownership
We're excited that you have:
  • Real fluency with AI tools in a PM workflow, with the judgment to know when AI output is good enough to ship and when it isn't. You use AI to move faster, not to skip the thinking
  • Confidence and experience owning customer-facing discovery and validation directly with enterprise clients
  • Strong analytical skills and command of common product and data tools (Mixpanel, Looker, SQL, Jira, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven history of driving alignment across cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management conceiving, developing, and delivering B2B SaaS features in a data-driven, agile product process, with a track record of moving retention, engagement, or revenue metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree a plus.
  • Ability to work from our San Francisco or NYC office 3+ days per week
Bonus points:
  • Background in commercial real estate, private equity, alternatives, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Deep familiarity with Dealpath's product or the CRE investment space
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration software, data visualization, or analytics products
The Perks & Culture:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy
  • Commuter benefits program
  • Monthly wellness reimbursement to support physical and mental well-being
  • Hybrid Work Policy
  • Base salary: $140,000 - $185,000 + Variable
  • Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process. Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
  • Dealpath's compensation ranges are determined by current market data, so compensation data posted on our job posts may change as new market data becomes available.
